Here is our ancient Greek sweet pizza, which we made from the sweet ingredients we didn’t feel we could include on our dinner pizza on the first stop in pizza history.
I went into the kitchen this afternoon with no real inspiration regarding dinner. But as I started pulling out things from my fridge, this meal began to take shape. It was wildly successful, I’m happy to report!
At 5:50 p.m., my husband asked me, “Is there a plan for dinner?” And I stared blankly at him. Thirty minutes later, we put this on the table:

I took a little trip to the St. Paul Farmer’s Market yesterday morning, (deliciously wrapped in a sweatshirt and Goretex jacket–we finally have cool weather!) and came home, having spent about $30. Here’s my haul:

Back in January, I wrote about fajitas because they really are a favorite food in our home. This week was a warm, busy week and I learned something new about fajitas. I GRILLED everything. The results were fabulous and I must recommend them to you.
