Lemon mushroom chicken

Here’s a dish that is really versatile–it stands on its own in a spectacular fashion, and also goes nicely as the topping for Crepes a la Gasca. Since I am making the crepes for Christmas morning, I thought I’d better post this now.

Lemon Sauce for that Gingerbread

I just ran across the original recipe for my gingerbread. I’ve thoroughly tweaked that recipe over the years so I don’t ever look at that particular scrap of paper. I was pretty sure, however, that the original recipe also detailed a lemon sauce to drizzle over the hot gingerbread….and sure enough, here it is:
