We had a lot of cranberry relish left over from yesterday…so for lunch we’re slicing thick slabs of French bread, smearing a bit of ranch dressing on them, layering some turkey on top of that. Then I’ll spread some leftover cranberry relish (I made the really spicy one) and top that with some grated asiago cheese. The sandwiches will then go under the broiler to melt the cheese and voila! a tasty leftover treat!
