Sorry! It’s been a busy weekend. Today I’d like to introduce Alanna Kellogg of A Veggie Venture. Alanna is, oh bliss, a second generation food writer! This woman clearly LOVES food!
We’ve both corresponded with Alanna a bit and she’s just delightful. In fact, I think that Laura will be meeting her in real life sometime soon. Alanna also hosts a fun Sugar High Friday event on her blog. I’d enter something but I can’t think of anything surprising or unusual…which is what they’re shooting for.

Aha. Found you! Thanks for the shout-out! But okay you newbie bloggers, Sugar High Friday is one of the food blog events that has a new host every month. I just happened to be the host for September, so lucky me, I got to pick the theme too, Surprise Inside. And you, can’t think of anything surprising or unusual? Aw come on … well that’s okay there’ll be another Sugar High Friday next month.
