I’d like to start introducing you to some of the really excellent food/cooking blogs that we’ve been discovering lately. The first blog I’d like to recommend is Pinch My Salt, written by Nicole in Italy. Nicole is an incredible photographer and her pictures nearly leap off the computer screen and onto your plate. She also cooks creatively and inventively. She has GREAT ideas. And right now, today, at 9:03 PM EST, Pinch My Salt is #6 on the top 100 blogs list for WordPress blogs, which is very cool. So, go check Nicole out and drool a little.

ahemmm…..I believe that ‘My Sister’s Kitchen’ is at #51 on the same list!!
This is a good blog with lovely photos, and she has had an enormous amount of hits for only being on for four months! Sheeesh!
