    Thanks for the post & pictures. My grandmother used to make a refrigerator cucumber, and I believe your posted recipe is close.

    My seven-year old son & I planted a pack of cucumber seeds this year, and now have cucumbers coming out of our ears. It’s pickle time!

    How long do they keep in the fridge? I made my first batch tonight, and used the same brine to pickle some jalepenos and banana peppers.
